KISS Donating Items To Charity Auction

KISS has donated signed guitars and a snare drum to an auction to raise funds for the children’s hospital in Manchester, England, following last year’s bombing at the Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena.

Also up for grabs are VIP tickets to any sold out KISS show in the world and a cabin with a meet-and-greet on the sold out KISS Kruise in late October.

Paul Stanley says, “We were devastated by the heinous attack in Manchester Arena and had to do something to support the city. Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital’s incredible work with children was never more evident than after this horrific event. We are humbled to be able to give something to support them in their ongoing efforts. Knowing that the money raised will go towards purchasing life-support ventilators, our prayers and wishes will continue to help both those affected directly by the attack, and beyond.”

The auction will be held this Saturday at the Red Sea Pedestrians 10th Anniversary Charity Ball at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.

In other KISS news, Paul Stanley is auctioning off a guitar and a lesson to help the Lollipop Theater Network – Movie Magic for Hospitalized Children. Established in 2001, the Lollipop Theater Network has created in-hospital programming for children facing life-threatening illness nationwide. These programs give them the opportunity to experience magical escapes in the form of movie screenings of current films, music jams, artist days led by top Animation Studios, and visits by some of their favorite celebrities.

The online auction at Charity Buzz ends on March 28th.
