Judas Priest fans hoping for a surprise appearance by Glenn Tipton on their current U.S. tour will likely be disappointed.
Bassist Ian Hill tells the Lethbridge Herald, “Glenn isn’t feeling that well at the moment. He came out for the first show in Florida but I can’t see him coming out for the rest of the tour. But who knows with modern medicine?”
Tipton announced that he was retiring from touring back in February 2018 due to Parkinson’s disease. He has shown up at a few shows to play three songs with band during the encore.
Judas Priest’s tour wraps up June 29th in Las Vegas.
