West Central Community Services, Inc./Head Start is offering Voter Registration during the month of Sept. at our locations in Knox, Warren, & Henderson Counties. You must be a U.S. citizen, who will be 18 yrs. old by Nov. 8, 2016. You must bring a photo ID & proof of address (a piece of mail with your name & current address)
