Metallica will release a live album to raise money for their foundation.
Helping Hands…Live and Acoustic at the Masonic is due out February 1st as a two-record set with all proceeds set to go to the band’s All Within My Hands Foundation. The show, which was held on November 3rd in San Francisco, featured the group playing acoustic versions of songs from their catalog as well as covers of Deep Purple, Bob Seger, Blue Oyster Cult and Nazareth.
