KISS Perform Intimate Show At Whisky a Go-Go In Los Angeles

Photo Credit: Solarpix / PR PhotosKISS’s smallest venue show in 20 years brought out the celebs to the Whisky a Go-Go in Los Angeles Monday night.

Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters, LL Cool J, members of No Doubt and George Lopez were spotted in the crowd at the concert, which was recorded for SirusXM.

Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine brought the band on stage using the classic intro, “You wanted the best and you got the best!”

The band’s 11-song set stuck to its ’70s heyday, with a couple of ’80s gems and one song from the 2009 album Sonic Boom thrown in. Paul Stanley commented on playing a non-arena show by telling the crowd, “This stage is so small, I have to leave to change my mind.”
