Halestorm have a new EP on the way next year, and they’re being very cagey about what’s on it.
Guitarist Joe Hottinger told Guitar Bonedo that the band recorded the EP with producer Nick Raskulinecz [pr: RAS-kell-in-ich], who worked on 2018’s Vicious album. Hottinger added “It’s just getting mixed now, and it sounds awesome. It’s something we’ve never really done before. Everyone’s expecting a cover EP, but…We’re about to shake it up a little. Technically, it is a cover EP. You’ll find out. It’s cool.”
Halestorm have released three cover EPs, each called Reanimate, in 2011, 2013 and 2013 to fill the gap in between albums over the past decade.
