David Lee Roth has signed on to open for KISS on the 2020 American legs of their End of the Road tour.
In a statement, the band says, “David Lee Roth will bring his exciting stage show featuring a twin guitar big rock sound and a set list of classic hits and future energy.”
The first leg runs from February 1st in Manchester, New Hampshire through March 15th in Biloxi, Mississippi. The second leg picks up on August 28th in Pennsylvania. Roth has solo shows at the House of Blues in Las Vegas on January 8th, 10th and 11th, and six more from March 18th to the 28th.
Roth and KISS are no strangers. Gene Simmons produced Van Halen’s demo tape after he saw them perform at a club in Pasadena, California.
KISS wrap up their Japanese leg of the tour on Thursday in Nagoya.
