It looks like another big event in the area is canceling because of the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery.
The Back Road Music Festival, held in Galva, is canceling for the 2020 year because of the restrictions and precautions in place during the pandemic.
The team behind the festival says that all three of the previously announced artists (Randy Houser, Tracy Lawrence, and Jimmie Allen) have rescheduled for the 2021 festival. That show is scheduled for August 14, 2021, in Galva.
For anyone that has purchased tickets, refunds can be given or you can hang on to them and redeem them at the 2021 show.
If tickets were purchased through Eventbrite, an email from the company will detail the refund process.
This was to be the seventh year of the Back Road Music Festival, which serves as a way for country fans to hear the lifelong heroes of yesterday and get a glimpse of the icons of tomorrow.
