The virtual edition of Lollapalooza will dip into its deep archives as well as feature brand new performances.
The event will run from Thursday through Sunday at Lollapalooza’s YouTube channel. There are 135 performances slated, including archival sets from Paul McCartney, Metallica, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Lorde, Alabama Shakes, Arcade Fire and Jane’s Addiction.
Lollapalooza co-founder Perry Farrell will bring some new performances to the fest, including the first Porno for Pyros reunion in 24 years, a Kind Heaven Orchestra performance featuring Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters and a David Bowie tribute with pianist Mike Garson. The full schedule will be announced on Wednesday and each night the event starts at 6:00 pm ET.
