FreeA support group for Stroke Survivors and Caregivers in any stage of their journey. A free group, open to the public. Meeting the second Wednesday of each Month from Noon to 1pm. (Except December.)
Led by our mission partners from Nursing, Occupational and Physical Therapies. Providing emotional support, resources education in a fun and supportive environment. Past topics/speakers have included emotional well- being, keeping active, hobbies, Advance directives, paint nights, medication standards for stroke from our pharmacist and nutrition tips from our dietician.
