Directions
Take I-80 to I-380 North. Take the 7th St E exit then turn right onto 1st Ave NE.
Parking
Parking is available near the facility. The Five Seasons Parkade located at 400 1st Ave SE connects to the U.S. Cellular Center via skywalk. A satellite Box Office window will also be available in the Five Seasons Parkade skywalk on event days only beginning two hours prior. Additional ramps are located on 3rd Ave & 4th Ave.

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM*. Weekends only on event or on-sale days beginning at 10:00 am
*Summer hours Memorial Day through Labor Day are 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
Will Call
Will Call Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Window at the main entrance of the facility no earlier than 90 minutes before the performance. General Admission tickets may be picked up 3 hours prior to showtime. Customers must have the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number to receive their tickets.
General Rules
Professional cameras and audio/video recording devices are not allowed into the facility. No outside food or beverages. Smoking is not permitted.
Children Rules
Minimum age requirements on paid tickets will vary by show. Please call the U.S. Cellular Center Box Office for event specific details.
