Galva police arrest foursome for “criminal cannabis conspiracy”

Galva Police on Friday arrested four people for possession with intent to deliver 500 grams of cannabis.
Galva Post Office alerted officers of a suspicious package that arrived from California to residents who were under investigation for trafficking cannabis.

A traffic stop of a vehicle leaving the delivery address, and a search warrant of the home led to the discovery.

Jessica M. Felt, Nathan J. Felt of Galva and Jacob M. Paxton and Natalie J. Clapp of Kewanee are all charged with calculated criminal cannabis conspiracy, a class 3 felony.
